Download city tripadvisor android

The next question is how can you get a list of cities for which these downloads are available so you don't have to go through lots of dead ends looking for cities you can download? I'm not aware that you can downloaded city guides to view off-line at this time. I can see the Add button in the downloaded cities area of my profile, but attempting to add a city will only open the city page online. Search for your destination city, scroll a little down.

I was having a similar problem and realized that it is only available on some cities. I downloaded a guide for Buenos Aires on my Android phone, and it shows in the list of downloaded cities, so far it's the only one, but when i press on it, no content is available offline. What could be the issue? When you get to the app's home page, can you scroll down? The interface used to be different for iOS vs. Android for getting City Guides.

Fortuneately I had also downloaded Google maps and they worked. Disappointing since acpouple of years ago I downloaded apps they were separate TA city apps as I recall for a couple of cities and they worked well. Seems very strange that a city like Bangkok cannot be downloaded. Its one of the most populous and multicultural in the world. What makes an area available for download and others not? Is this something to do with Google Maps or something? When I got there, and roaming charges apply so I don't have mobile data, and there is no wifi in the street, I tried the TA offline map.

I tap the London icon with the green tick mark, it says "Using offline content" with a green tick, I tap the map icon, I get five dots, then a white screen, then back to the TA home screen again.
