I had 3 techs come to my home last tech said my modem is getting 40 upload. Yet when I do speed test with xfinity it says 6. I also see a 13 to 15 ms latency on the test too. If my box is getting a 40 upload I can't see where.
I haven't been able to work past once a week due to this. It's not my pc nor network adaptor as it is latest drivers and my network adapter has max speed of 2. I am also using a caT 6 ethernet cord so it's not that cat 6 is over kill. I also have my duplex set right too. So something is going on.
