Icloud for windows only downloads folders not files

Or manually uploaded a folder containing music to iCloud Drive. If you used either Apple Music or itunes Match to upload music to iCloud, it would not be in a folder for you to access. It can only be accessed through iTunes.

Thanks, Phil. Thats what I tried to do; drag a folder from the iCloud Drive page in my browser to the iCloud Drive folder on the PC, but it will not let me drag either files or folders. If I highlight a file in the cloud I can see the download icon and it works fine, but if I highlight a folder the download icon is greyed-out.
